Nancy's Dessert Cake Bites
What do you do with an Oreo cookie? Just munch it? Break it in half and lick it?
Dunk it in milk? Well, Nancy tells me that's all "guy stuff," another way
of saying, "Jeez, d'ya got to be so crude?"
So, as usual, Nancy had to one-up us on the subject of elegant dining at Cafe Foldo.
First, she bifurcates the substrate:
Being in among a bunch of "craftsmen," she drew some fire for allowing
an uneven spread of the "stuff" on the halves, but we let her "slide"
on this small point.
Here's what separates the chefs from the boys. A fresh ingredient:
Nancy tells us this red object is called "fruit," and is somehow "healthy"
for us. We are not quite sure what she's talking about.

Now, she again has an ingredient we recognize at Cafe Foldo:
She deftly squirts this edible shaving cream on each morsel:
And, viola, (don't forget we're in the music biz) she presents her yummy dessert:
Beautiful! I think this is what the French call "guard munchy."
