Less is more?
Martin D-15

There's not much to this guitar. Not much decoration. No binding, no fancy trim,
and the soundhole decoration is a decal. No fancy, high gloss finish, no inlay. No
high price. No innovation. No hype.
When you think about it, there's not much to dislike.
What I like best about the D-15 is that Martin has followed the best of their traditonal
styling. In making a lesser priced model, they left off everything they could without
sacrificing tone or playability. All solid wood construction, and tradtional Martin
quality throughout, make the D-15 a solid choice.
Ever since the late 1920s, Martin's all mahogany models have been
among the best values in American made steel string guitars.
