"FS" for fingerstyle, of course. This model is one of the best original Santa Cruz Guitar Company designs. Back and sides of Indian rosewood, cedar top, and a big bright fingerstyle tone. Combine that with an elegant trim package of colored wood mitered purflings, wood bindings and a unique headstock, and you have a late 20th Century classic.
