It takes guts to build guitars as lightly as this one! Of all the vintage "reissues" of those old original Gibson jumbo guitars, this is the first I've seen that's as delicately built as the originals. Light as an eggshell, and with the booming voice that comes from that kind of construction, here's the ideal early style mahogany dreadnought. You probably won't want to back up a traditional bluegrass band with this one because it's so light you can "overdrive" it by playing too hard. But, if you want a big guitar that's really responsive to a light touch. . .
