Kenny Hill's
"Uke" brand Ukulele

This concert size ukulele is really cool. These days, many new ukuleles are made
by guitar makers who use the Martin style uke as their design starting point. Kenny
Hill took a different tack. His ukes are strictly Hawaiian style, with the tight
waisted "figure eight" body shape Made in California entirely of Hawaiian
koa with tops and backs measuring a scant 1/16" thick, this ukulele sounds terrific.
This is the ukulele we've been waiting for, and it's modestly priced to boot.

Built very much in the island tradition, this ukulele sports the "casual" workmanship typical of the folk craft from which it derives. |
