Anybody recognize this one?

This one has me stumped. I've seen a number of Luscomb banjos from the 1890s, but nothing even remotely like this style neck. The shell is certainly a Luscomb, but what's the neck? A custom instrument made by Luscomb in an unusual style? Individually made neck on an original Luscomb shell?

That's some interesting Asian-inspired period engraving. If you know anything about this one, let me know - I'd surely like to get some better info!
