The first one?
1875 Fairbanks Banjo

This instrument is generally regarded as the earliest known Fairbanks banjo. Made in the first year of production, it's a rather simple instrument with features seen on earlier instruments of the period, including the rounded neck heel, peghead shape, simple screw neck attachment, etc. Later examples would begin to show more of the Fairbanks style.
