Gibson MB-4

I know I said the MB-3 is my favorite mandolin-banjo. I should have said "trap door Mastertone
mandolin-banjo, or something like that. This one is even cooler than the MB-3 because
it embodies Lloyd Loar's "style 5 trim package." Just as the legendary
F-5, this MB-4 has the same Cremona brown sunburst, fancy maple, and silver plated
hardware. This instrument is fitted with all the factory accessories, including
an armrest and a ivoroid fingerrest.
It may seem redundant, and a bit silly, to have two nearly identical mandolin-banjos
in the Museum, but after all, it's my museum, and there you are. . .
