The Marxochime Colony of New Troy, Michigan was an interesting venture. Do an
Internet search if you'd like more info about them. This instrument was yet
another version of the Ukelin, a kind of bowed stringy thingy that looks like
it was derived from a bowed psaltery, and designed to pluck the cash from the
local folks' pockets. Compare, if you dare, to the Marxolin.
