Deburring with a "File Shard"

Here's a little trick I use to debur parts when I'm doing a lot of repetitive operations.  I hold a broken piece of a mill file in my crank (right) hand, between my first and second fingers:

With my left hand, I hit the "stop" lever, and as the lathe is slowing, I reach over with my right hand, and touch the corner of the part with that little piece of file, neatly knocking off the wire edge bur left by my facing operation:

Then, with my left hand I knock open the collet as I'm returning the file to its position between my fingers so I can grab the part out of the collet and replace it with a new one.
