Epoxy cures by an
exothermic chemical reaction (it creates heat), and if my memory of high
school chemistry is
accurate, the reaction doubles in speed with each increase of ten degrees
Celsius. So, if I want to mix a batch of epoxy and take my time using
it, I need to pour it off into small containers that will allow the heat
of reaction to dissipate. Otherwise, I get a chain reaction. . .
