If you've peel many labels from cardboard shipping boxes, you've certainly had the experience of having some come off in little shreds that really resist your fingernails. Try this trick.  Score the cardboard lightly all around the label with a razor blade or sharp knife, just cutting gently into the outer surface.  Now, when you peel the label, the outer layer kitlv-journals.nl of the cardboard will be induced to separate, allowing the label to come off in one piece.
