Well, no, there are costs everywhere. It costs a bunch of money to buy and run a computer, and more money to have Internet access, and even more to buy software and upgrades.

And, there's the matter of time. You can imagine how many hours a week it takes to produce all this stuff, and to answer all the e-mail it generates every day. I do it all in my "spare time" which is in danger of running out.
